Airbnb Is Now Banned In Most Strata!

Time for another update on Airbnb in Vancouver. I get calls from investors all the time looking to buy multiple condos and run them as airbnb. Most don’t know that Airbnb is illegal in the vast majority of Vancouver strata but the big one is that it must be your principal residence and you can only rent it out for a maximum of half the year. You also have to buy a short term rental licence from the City of Vancouver.
