This video draws from my experience growing a multiple six-figure short-term rental business in just over 2 years. If you’re a complete beginner, even with no real estate or business experience, but are looking to start your own Airbnb business with short-term rentals, this video is for you.

I also explain the difference between Airbnb investing and Airbnb Arbitrage. While Airbnb investing is great if you have upfront capital, Airbnb Arbitrage is a great option to start out with that requires minimal investment and one where you can build a great semi-passive cash flowing business without the investment typically required to purchase a property. Airbnb Arbitrage is one of the best and most simple ways for beginners to build a part time and/or eventually full-time income, especially if you’re looking to step into the business or real estate world, or simply to start a side hustle.
