A Los Angeles Landlord was finally able to get rid of the Airbnb ‘Tenant From Hell’ who stayed in a LA mansion for more than 500 days without paying rent costing the landlord hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The tenant was protected by LA eviction protections that were put in place following the pandemic. The results that was nearly impossible to remove this tenant.
