Meet Our Panelists:



Christian Catron began his real estate investing career with single-family homes in 2017. His vision for Redeem Investments has expanded to include commercial real estate investments and renewable energy investing, recognizing the ability to achieve below-average risk and above-average returns for investors, while creating a positive impact on the environment. His company runs an investment fund that provides financing to renewable energy developers and returns a 12% yield per annum to investors, paid via monthly cash distributions. His corporate career includes roles in sales, training, management, business development, project management, and operations, leading as many as 500 teammates at a time.



George Grunau serves as the EVP – Geosciences for Eckard Enterprises. As a nearly four-decade tenured upstream oil and gas leader and entrepreneur with a broad and diverse skillset, George helps to lead the mineral acquisition efforts at Eckard. In this time, George has overseen the aggregation of a safe, high return mineral portfolio spanning the most profitable portions of the Anadarko Basin and providing significant intrinsic value for Eckard and our partners. George has co-founded multiple PE-backed portfolio companies and worked in technical and executive leadership roles inside mid-size independents and a major integrated E&P. His efforts have led to the discovery of hundreds of millions of barrels of oil and combined cash flows and divestitures in the billions of dollar magnitude across all major producing basins in the US and many outside the country.



Felipe Martinez is the CEO of Celsius Financial, an alternative solar financing option for today’s consumer. He brings 7 years’ experience in solar financing and solar loan origination. In that time, he personally originated and closed $65 million in solar loans. Working directly with the consumer and the existing financing companies, Martinez recognized opportunity and the areas in need of the most improvement. Martinez is passionate about the state of solar financing because he feels it’s among the largest catalysts to enable solar to benefit more people across the US. Martinez feels it’s 1/3 of the solar puzzle. Being it’s such a large piece, the need for more competitive options for consumers is real and here. Enter Celsius Financial. Providing for the needs of more consumers allows more people to take advantage of solar which is a win for the future and a win for everyone.
