Property investments in the UK are different because of the location of where they are. Some property investments are high cash flowing, so they bring in higher amounts of money every month however they don't appreciate in value as much as other areas.

Then we have high capital growth areas where people WANT to be and therefore the average property price continues to rise every year however the monthly cashflow is no where a High as other places.
