The Vancouver real estate market is starting to sizzle again, just as the Federal Government announced some significant changes to the Foreign Buyer Ban in Canada.

Four amendments were made to the Foreign Buyer Ban including exemptions for properties purchased for the purpose of development, as well as vacant land (for example, land that is zoned for residential construction).

In this week's video, I also give a feet-on-the-street perspective of what is happening in Vancouver real estate at the ground level, as well as offer a couple of tips for both buyers and sellers that are navigating this current market.
