Will The Russian Invasion Impact Toronto Real Estate?

By no means is this video meant to downplay the seriousness of what is going on in Ukraine right now and my heart goes out to everyone there and those with family in both Ukraine and Russia deeply concerned about what will happen there (and possibly even here) next but one thing I try to do is keep people updated with how this plays into our real estate market, thousands of miles away. This is a short update on how I think this could potentially impact the Toronto Real Estate market immediately and over the long run but I remain hopeful this conflict is short lived and we can return to peace.
