His journey began with Pacific Real Estate Partners, and later included two privately held investment firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and Western States. Throughout his career, David has managed an impressive $400 million portfolio of commercial real estate, encompassing office, industrial, retail, and residential properties.

In 2015, David founded Sterling Real Estate Partners, specializing in the acquisition of market-rate, value-add multifamily properties. Relocating to Phoenix, David has been instrumental in expanding the company's reach and fortifying its presence in Arizona.
