Duplex Real Estate Renovation | Repiping Both Units | Week 3 Property Update

This video is about a duplex real estate rental investment that I, Michael, and my dad, Eric, purchased. We plan to fix and flip this property to get it suitable for renting.

In this week 3 update video Eric walks us through the many changes the duplex property has undergone since our last video. The updates include kitchen cabinets in the back unit, demolition in the front yard, and multiple surprises, one of them being low water pressure throughout the house. The low water pressure issue will require that we replace all piping throughout both units.
