Important Realty Income - Vereit Merger Update

Realty Income has announced the tentative merger date with Vereit, which will be on 11/1/2021. The date of record will be 11/2/2021, and the distribution date will be 11/12/2021.

Realty Income shareholders will receive 1 share of the new entity "Orion Office REIT INC (NYSE: ONL) for every 10 shares of Realty Income.

Additionally, Vereit shareholders will receive .705 shares of Realty Income for every share of Vereit they own.
