Our story starts when JR Rivas, born to a single mother, had the ambition to be an entrepreneur. Starting out selling candy at school and moving to owning his own tax business by 19 years old with no college degree and little technical training. He eventually scaled up to 3 tax business locations by 21 and eventually sold the companies to get out of the massive debt he accumulated while running them. By 23, JR was a broke Uber driver just looking to make extra money online. Within 6 months, he scaled up a social media marketing agency and eventually built it up to a $100,000 a month empire. JR now had the capital to invest in real estate now owning over 18 units rented on AirBNB between Denver, Colorado and Tallahassee, Florida.
