Warning! Watch this before investing with Arrived Homes crowd funding

Arrived Homes is a crowd funding platform. They’ve solicited me to invest with them. Real estate crowd funding has become popular. It allows people to invest in real estate without the headaches that go along with being a landlord. But, there’s a catch!

Just like any other type of investment there’s a risk associated with this too.

Maybe other crowd funding platforms have the same outrageous fees and predictions, and if so - stay away!

To recoup the inflated purchase price and shameful fees, you’d have to keep your money tied up for many years. And even then, you’d probably lose money.

Don’t take my word for it - just do 5 minutes of snooping. You’ll see that the only people making money are the 20 something year olds that started the fund a year ago from their parents basement. They’ll go out clubbing with your hard earned cash and won’t think twice about it. Did that sound cynical?
