What does owning a fraction of a luxury home get you? Is it worth it instead of owning a 2nd home?🧐

Fractional shares is something has been around for a while, better known as a time share, usually split 50 ways (literally) and it’s sort of a gray area if you consider it actual ownership.

We are bringing fractional shares to the luxury housing market in the form of larger shares offering 1/4-1/8 ownership of a home and all its amazing amenities.
