Here are three of my top REITs to buy today:
W.P. Carey (WPC REIT), a close peer of Realty Income (O REIT) is a REIT that invests mainly in industrial net lease properties. Its rents are growing rapidly, but it is today priced at a historically low valuation and high dividend yield.

Crown Castle (CCI REIT), a close peer of American Tower (AMT REIT) is a REIT that invests in cell towers. Some of its biggest tenants are companies like AT&T and T-Mobile. It also enjoys rapidly growing rents, has a strong investment grade rated balance sheet, and one of the best track records in the REIT sector, and despite that, it is today heavily discounted.

Camden Property Trust (CPT REIT) is an apartment REIT that invests mainly in strong sunbelt markets. It has a strong balance sheet, a fantastic track record, a strong growth prospects. Despite that, it is priced today at a large discount to its net asset value.
