I am maxing out this account by making reguarly weekly contributions of $125.Every Monday I purchase one share of SCHD.On the final Monday of the month, I take whats left of my contributions + dividends received and increase my exposure to real estate. I prefer tax advantaged account for REITs due to the non-qualified dividends.
