Demo Starts At all 8 Units at the Depot! How Bad is this Place?

The depot is an 8 plex I bought a few months ago and we have been working hard to get it rehabbed so we can rent it again. The tenants are gone and we have started the demo! We are looking at all of the units to see how they look!
