I avoid REITs like AGNC corporation ( AGNC stock), Annaly Capital Management ( NLY stock), Orchid Island Capital ( ORC stock), New York Mortage Trust ( NYMT stock), and ARMOUR Residental REIT becuase they don't fit my dividend investing pilosphy
