Fire Sale on REITs: 2 Cheap REITs To BUY 1 To SELL

In today's video we will take a closer look at the fire sale going on within the REIT sector. Looking at 3 REITs, all 3 are cheap, but only 2 I would buy and the other I would still rate a sell.

REITs have been under siege for much of the past 12-18 months largely due to rising interest rates, making a fire sale on the REIT sector.

Many REITs are trading at extremely low valuations, but not all REITs are a buy at these levels. Some REITs are cheap for a reason and others are high-quality REITs making for a great opportunity for long-term investors.
