Highest Paying Dividend Stocks and High Dividend Yield REITs: Digial Realty Trust ( DLR Stock)

In this video, I revIEW one of one of the highest paying dividend stocks, which is known as Digital Realty Trust Inc / Digital Realty Trust Incorporated. This is a high dividend yield real estate investment trust ( REIT) and one of th highest yielding real estate investment trusts ( REITs). This has decent dividend growth, but there are some red flags that I reveal to you in this video. I owned this REIT and then sold it right away may consider this dividend stock to buy if they fix their internal issues.
