Retail Investor Tour of India 2023

At Embassy REIT, we are always focusing on raising awareness of REITs as the most attractive investment opportunity in commercial real estate. We have seen tremendous growth in our unitholder base from 4,000 at IPO to over 90,000 today, demonstrating the increasing acceptance of the asset class.

In 2023, we commenced the first instalment of our flagship Retail Investor Roadshow Tour. Through the year, we visited 11 vibrant cities across India, met
over 550 retail investors and 120 media. Our agenda has been to connect with investors directly, educate them on REITs in a retail-friendly manner, and engage in honest and transparent Q&A. The response has been truly overwhelming.
