With the Federate Reserve deciding to stop interest rate hikes and inflation data is dropping, it brings about optimism for Reits to make a good comeback. However, there are other risk roaming around for all the Reits regardless of which country or region they are in.

In this video we'll look at the examples of the impacts of Digital Core Reit(DCUR), Mapletree Industrial Trust(ME8U), Keppel DC Reit(AJBU) and Manulife US Reit(BTOU).
