This Undervalued REIT just Raised its Dividend - And it looks like a BUY!

REITs are an excellent way for Dividend investors to have exposure to the real estate sector without the hassles of becoming a landlord.

Furthermore, the industry of telecom's, long popular with dividend investors, has been dead money for the last decade, and investing in the companies that lease their towers to these companies in another way for investors to get exposure to this sector.

Shareholders of cell tower REIT Crown Castle(CCI) were rewarded with a 6.5% raise to their annual dividend. This company, and its competitor American Tower(AMT) both allow investors to get some exposure to the telecom sector without investing in the dead money companies like AT&T(T) and Verizon(VZ).
