My top 3 favorite REITs to buy right now.

The overall market has been performing pretty good so far in 2024 with 15% year to date growth but there are always stocks that are underperforming the overall market.

Like Realty Income who has seen a 9% decline in stock price. Lucky for us, I found 3 REITs that are a buy in my opinion.
