In this video, I explain to you why I am buying the real estate investment trust ( REIT ) American Tower. American Tower ( NYSE: AMT ) is one of the best real estate investment trusts ( REITs) out there. I needed to expand my dividend portfolio in the real estate sector since they are one of the discount stocks out there and have been very down vs the S&P 500, which they were beating before.
