KIT and FCT 1H FY2024 Results - Potential good dividends investment?

Singapore Reits are being badly hit with the high interest rates. However, with the share prices coming lower, it means that the reits are starting to reach an attractive level. So in this video, we'll go through the recent earnings of Fraser Centrepoint Trust (FCT) and Keppel Infrastructure Trust(KIT).

KIT new management has been amazing in managing the assets and aggressive buying new assets. This quarter, they have purchase Ventura which is a bus business in Australia. However, there are risk and rewards to take note based on their performances.

FCT is a purely Singapore retail mall trust which is good because Singapore malls are performing well. However, they are priced higher due to the lower dividend yield at current share prices.
