Big Yellow Group (BYG REIT) is REIT that specializes in self storage properties. It is similar to Public Storage (PSA) and ExtraSpace Storage (EXR) in the US, but it invests in the UK, which is a far better market. US self storage REITs have been exceptionally rewarding over the past decades and I think that Big Yellow REIT is set to replicate these exceptional returns in Europe over the coming decades.
