My First Look at a REIT | Centuria Industrial REIT (CIP)

My interest in REITs initiated when I noticed many REITs were trading at a discount to their NTA back in August 2022. Beforehand I never had an interest in investment properties for various reasons, but was I being too critical of this type of investment. And I like to think of myself as being open-minded.
