OUE Commercial Reit FY23 Result Analysis - Hotel/Offices/Mall recovery from Covid

Real Estate Investment Trust: OUE Commercial Reit(TS0U) has not been performing well historically since IPO. However, with the properties in Singapore in the correct recovery industries, there is potential for it to make a very good recovery and higher dividends. OUE Commercial reit also had its S&P Global ratings which allowed it to save on its debt payment interest.
