Today we're looking at one of the most popular questions about where to invest your money? Just like the Roth IRA debate! Which investment is better? Real Estate? Or Reit Stocks? While the stock market is generally considered the best investment, the real answer is far more tricky.

First, what is a Reit? A REIT is a stock, it stands for Real Estate Investment Trust. As a shareholder of a REIT, you get paid on a schedule in the form of passive income - dividends. REITs can be considered dividend stocks. Dividends are my personal favorite way of getting paid. Most of the stocks I own are in the Robinhood App.

Let's settle this debate once and for all!
