Why Billionaires Are Investing in REITs in 2023 (You Should Too)

Over the last couple of years, we have been seeing a lot of those multi billionaires putting their money into REITs, otherwise known as real estate investment trust. Some of the richest and most well known investors have been stacking up shares in several of those companies. Warren Buffett, Blackrock’s Stephen Schwarzman, and Brookfield’s CEO Bruce Flatt are just a small part of the long list of investors that are interested in REITs. Another strange name that has recently come up is no other that the famous Michael Burry. The investor, just recently bough heavily into one former REIT, despite the fact that he is known for betting against the house market in 2008.
