Today is the day I teach you how to start an #Airbnb business in 2022. This is perhaps my most detailed video on setting up an Airbnb I've ever done on the channel because I'm going to take you through the entire process—from start to finish.

I know the world of #shorttermrentals might seem a little daunting, but when you break it down into small digestible steps, it's really a lot more simple than you'd think. For me, I believe taking action is the best way to jump right in. This can mean many things, but for me it means getting pre-approved for a short-term rental loan and getting in contact with a realtor who understands the world of Airbnb. These two things alone can really light a fire under your booty because once you involve other people and their time, there's a little more a stake.

From there, you're going to pick a market and audit your Airbnb competition. How are they performing? Do they have pro listings? Or top notch photography? How will you stack up against them?

After you've analyzed your Airbnb competition and scouted a few deals, it's time to make an offer. You can relax now, the hard part is over—jk. It's only just begun.

Once you've closed you're going to remodel and furnish your property. Then send in a professional photographer (I am a HUGE fan of @BarkhurstStudios on IG) to capture your space. Once your photos are ready, you can make your listing and launch your business. After that you've got to automate your systems and build out your team. Now obviously, I've breezed through the process because this is a Youtube description and nobody reads these.
