Real Estate Investment Trusts, or REITs for short, are a great way for us to invest in the real estate market without having to put in too much money. All while being highly liquid. But can they be trusted? Are REITs Safe?

The Securities and Exchange Board of India regulates all Investments such as those in the stock market and other securities. So, are REITs also regulated by SEBI? Well, to find that out, we asked Glenn Carr, Founder and Director of Finmark Trainers India, and here's what he had to say.
