Is Tesla A Good Buy Right Now?

Is Tesla a good buy right now since the stock has fallen into the low $100s?
I analyze Tesla stock and compare its P/E ratio and earnings from two years ago and compare it to now. Tesla stock is down 2 years since then even though their earnings have increased by 14 times. Why is that? I show a graphic analogy of Tesla compared to traditional car manufacturers like Toyota, VW, and GM. Is Tesla destined to be priced like regular car makers?
