Portfolio reveal: today, I present my portfolio allocation for 2024. It is heavily weighted toward Real Estate Investment Trusts, or REITs in short. I put half of my net worth into these investments because I believe that the market is offering a once-in-a-decade REIT buying opportunity. REITs are also generally safer than most other stock investments and offer higher dividend income. Realty Income (O Stock) is one of the most famous REITs but there are many other options.
